Julia Lang - CFSC, TPI I
Julia Lang is a golf performance coach and former collegiate athlete who blends science-based training with real-world athletic experience. A 2017 graduate of Mercyhurst University, she was a standout softball player and earned All-American honors her sophomore year.
In 2019, a chance opportunity led her to My Fitness Kitchen, where she earned her certifications and developed as a coach under expert mentorship before stepping into independent coaching. She continues to invest heavily in her education, including Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 and Fitness Level 2 certifications, with a strong emphasis on mobility, strength, speed, and long-term performance.
While Julia has a deep passion for training golfers and helping them move better, swing faster, and stay healthy for life, she works with individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and ability levels - athletes and non-athletes alike. Julia has found her true calling in coaching and loves communicating and helping others unlock their potential. She believes that everyone is an athlete in their own way and that movement is truly medicine.
